Whistleblower
Whistleblowing allows a person to raise a concern regarding a wrongdoing or illegality in a work-related context. Employees in the public service can submit a written disclosure or make an oral report
Individuals reporting under the Protection of the Whistleblower Act (Cap 527) must disclose their identity to the reporting officer to obtain whistleblower status and the protection associated with it. Anonymous reports will not allow further clarification or updates to the persons submitting.
When the form is filled or a telephone call is made, the information will only reach the reporting officer and your details will not be shared unless you provide consent.
